Who this covers
This policy applies to ignepublishing.com, operated by IGNE Publishing, LLC. It describes what information we collect when you visit the site, request consulting, or buy a digital product, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, through the contact and consulting forms: your name, email address, and whatever project details or preferences you include. If you request a free download (such as the AI FAQ Page Prompt), we collect the email address you provide to send it and the short follow-up email sequence that comes with it. If you purchase a digital product, we collect the billing information required to process that transaction through our payment provider.
We also collect basic usage data automatically — pages visited, general location, browser type, and where you arrived from (including campaign tags on links from partner sites like GardySpace) — through standard analytics tools, if and when they're active on the site.
How we use it
- To respond to project briefs and consulting requests
- To deliver digital products and free downloads you've requested
- To send the email sequence associated with a free download you signed up for, and to let you know about related products — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
- To understand which pages and properties are getting used, so the site itself can improve
- To meet basic legal and accounting requirements around sales
We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's listed here.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Font Awesome's CDN, both of which may log basic request data (like IP address) as a normal part of serving those files. Once checkout is active, a third-party payment processor will handle transaction data directly — we don't store full card details ourselves. Email signups and the automated email sequence are handled through Sender, our email service provider — your email address and engagement with those emails (opens, clicks) are processed there under Sender's own privacy terms.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and purchase records only as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver what you paid for, and satisfy basic recordkeeping requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have on file for you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Reach out using the contact details below and we'll handle it directly — there's no automated self-service tool for this yet.
Children's privacy
This site and its services are intended for business use by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
